Eat More! You have heard it before but it is true! Eating 5-6 small meals a day or eating every 3 hours helps to keep your body burning. Think of it as throwing small pieces of wood on the fire. The more consistent you are, the stronger the flame!

Try going Organic! Foods that are not free of chemicals such as preservatives,dyes, and artificial flavors deposit these fat soluble toxins into your adipose tissue giving you an extra thick and toxic layer of fat! Eating cleaner foods can help you look better and feel better!

Be accountable! Finding creative ways to stay accountable to your workout will help you reach your fitness goals. If you cannot hire a professional trainer to keep you accountable, then buddy up with a friend and tell each other your fitness goals. Meet every week or two and make sure you are both staying on track!

Dream of a healthier body! Our bodies need time to recover when adjusting to change, good or bad. Regular sleep patterns help regulate the bodies natural ability to recover and heal itself. Your bed is where your body surrenders itself after a long days journey!

Be a Smart Consumer! When shopping for a Personal Trainer you must make sure the trainer has all the credentials needed to provide proper instruction. Once you have done that, don't be afraid to ask that trainer what they do, versus what they have. Make sure your trainer has a plan for how they will get you on your way to reaching your goals, and has methods for keeping you accountable on your way. A personal training certication does not make someone a personal trainer!

Be organized ! You dont just got to work whenever you want. You dont drop your kids off at school at random times, and take them to there extracurricular activities whenever you feel like it. If you are going to succeed in reaching your fitness goals, you must have a plan!
