Who Is Chris Falcon?
 Chris Falcon has been changing lives in the world of health, fitness and wellness for 8 years. With more than 12 years of competitive sports under his belt including football,wrestling,and track,Chris is able to integrate all that he has learned on and off the field of competition into his training. He studied philosophy at the University of Illinois, and uses this as well as his 5 years of yoga experience to help bring a sense of balance to his already intense workout sessions. Chris was one of the first trainers on the North Shore of Chicago to start an exercise program for kids between the ages of 6&10 years old, and has developed a cardiovascular training program for one of the North Shores top health clubs. Chris is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer,and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is also a certified Reiki Healing practitioner,and a Cardiovascular Training Specialist.
